Have played this game to level 71. Was fun and addictive at first, but now it is very boring. Takes way too long to get energy or gems, and so it is very difficult to complete orders, which now takes days, not hours. Over 600 energy used and not one item that was needed to complete an order. Am now uninstalling this game, as it is no longer enjoyable. To get anywhere in this game, you will need to spend a lot of money, so if you're looking for a free, fun game.....this is not it!!!

It costs too much to advance in game play. Items that are useless can not be removed or discarded and end up taking up space on the gameboard. They require energy to get rid of, and energy runs out quickly to make you pay to play.

My old review was 5 stars. But now after the last update even one star is too much for the game. I can't imagine how you ruined the game like this??? We can't finish the daily challenge because of the new rewards for all auto orders. The cards collection is impossible to finish it. The energy is not enough to finish one task. It is not funny anymore.

It's a decent game but dnt waste ur time downloading if u are not ready to spend some bucks. They give u 100 energy and that isn't even near close enough to complete 1 customer request. Basically 1 order takes days which gets very frustrating. You cnt progress without spending real money.

I'd give more stars but it's very frustrating only being able to trade only 2 cards. There's a great online community and everyone wants to help each other out but seriously guys, 2 cards a day?? That sucks! And let's not forget the amount of repeat cards and less chances of actually collecting a card you don't have is very slim.

At first, it was difficult to figure out how to play. But once I got the hang of it, I really enjoy this game! It's pretty fun! I especially appreciate the limited ads & pop ups! It's manageable & not overwhelming like some games. I give it a 4.5

This is a game not worth taking up space on my device. If there was a rating for zero stars that's what it would get honestly. Just wasting bolts on useless items and don't even get the required items. You can literally waste 300 bolts getting the items that don't produce the required products.

Magmatic Games LTD!!!! PLEASE fix the shutdowns! I literally reopen this app 10 times to play the game and sometimes it still will shutdown and take me back to my home phone page. I genuinely enjoy playing this game but I would enjoy it more and give it 5 stars again if there wasn't always a shutdown or glitch in the app.

I'm very disappointed. I've been playing the game for a short while and trying really hard to complete tasks to advance in the game. Thanksgiving special is almost over, and since yesterday, my game has been glitching. Was so close to completing the special event, but now i can't do anything. Have contacted the support, but alas, almost a full day later, no help received. Just waisted all of my precious time on a bad game. Guess deleting is the only way to go.
