    Match gems with cards mixed in. Same concept for every event, every campaign and every level. Boring. Very costly to play. Depressing to start out. Constant issues and support is no help. Game crashes every few minutes. Adds are horrible. After 2yrs of play was told my devices are obsolete and due to they're desire to evolve the game they can't waste the effort supporting what they consider low spec devices. Don't waste your time or your fortune.

    Social + Puzzle game. It's an unique but expensive to play game. I have been play if for about 2 years. I'm still playing it because of the community in the game and also this game has a new set of heroes luanch on every event. Recently devs has made a lot of changes to the game. Quite difficult to play because you need to adapt to the changes make us hard to plan things out.

    Awesome game but I don't mind if it has some animation during the upgrade of the hero's stats. By the way half of the people here wants to see a backstory, something to make sense of what is taking place. EDIT: I quit the game because the price of items were too high for me to purchase and the game is becoming more and more expensive to play.

    This is a great game but it's becoming way too pay2win. There are Rpg elements in that you collect heroes (cards) that can be evolved and powered up to do more damage, etc. Yet the collection you spend months achieving doesn't really matter in the end. A new person with 20 bucks can buy the event heroes of the current week and crush your score in the Events. The devs create new heroes and items with new bosses to kill each week, and that is awesome. Still gets repetitive. pay 2 win!

    I have never seen a potentially great game charge so much while changing or improving so little over the years. The last straw was when I recently bought 30 bucks worth of utter random 4 years old and useless garbage that I finally thought ouch, now THAT was just a complete waste of time, gems and money. This is basically the same game that I started playing 4 years ago. It's more likely to be very sparse, skimpy or redundant with the rewards. Like the whole game hates you for playing it.

    Update: Game's been running fine for the most part for the past several months until these last anniversary events (Sep/Oct 2019). Game will freeze randomly so I can't replicate the issue. And the vaults and other reward methods are poorly calibrated. Everything is designed to force players to pay for in-game resources and currencies. 2 years ago you didn't have to pay2win. This game is now 100% pay2play. If you can't subscribe, there is no point installing this game.

    My initial rating was 5 stars. I've changed it to 3 because the cards, graphics and game play is still great but the challenges became a bit boring. Need more Campaigns. I also tried to download and open the game on my Huawei P20Lite several times , with various intervals between each download but the game keeps closing suddenly and at random times - usually not long into the game. I've been kicked from my guild due to inactivity. Pls fix or let me know what I can do.

    Best game ever, unlimited play, make sure you join a guild. That was how I felt first starting out, this was the game play I wanted, even with having to throw away real money but it was fun, would play for hours, now I still love the game but have incorporated resetting and crashing as part of the game, I don't even bother complaining because I won't rate mediocre service, the dev team never delivers a smooth transition from changes and every bug fix introduces another issue,

    new updated review... sure the artwork is awesome. the game USED to be fun... I cant believe how MONEY HUNGRY the game has become in order to get ahead. been playing over 2 years and USED to be my favorite. not anymore. used to be you could get ahead without paying or big paying very little. now the only way to get ahead is to spend a few hundred a week.
