THEY NOW DO CREDIT CHECKS!! However I did not see anything that shows any credit reporting. If they are going to check credit they need to report to the credit bureaus!! I have asked for a copy of their service changes in the United States and have yet to receive them. Only in US can you no longer use the no pay up front no matter how good your credit or large your available balance. We need answers!!

There's Absolutely no way when it comes to you and your payment history being considered when it comes to you making A late payment after 1yr. and 8 months of totally ontime payments to reduce $600 in avail. Spending down to $100 is pretty much what you should never expect or accept in treatment from a App, Business, or anyone whom you've strived to be a model customer and it to not be recognized. Even worst they aren't even reasonable about the amount in which they will allow you to spend.

This app used to be great But of course they just care about money instead of their loyal customers. I used this app religiously for over 4 years. Never had any sort of an issue, no late payments nothing. Recently I owed them 3 payments because I had a baby and he was in the NICU for 2 months so the last thing on my mind was paying my afterpay account. After we got home I paid all of my order off and found out that im now never allowed to use afterpay again after over 4 yrs of being a loyal cx.

Afterpay is the best Buy Now Pay Later app going. Once they give you a credit line, then you have it constantly. As of 6-1-24, I have changed my rating to 1 star. Afterpay has shut down Afterpay Plus, so now you can only use their card in stores that have Afterpay as a payment. With the Plus card, you could use it anywhere... grocery stores, hair salons, movie theaters, etc... anywhere. It's not good now. I'm so disappointed. They just shut it down at the end of May 2024.

It would be nice to.be able to use the app without it freezing all of the time. It would be nice to have more options for laptop use. Used to be a handy app now it's not even worth the hassle of fighting the app.

It was great one day and then the next it was unavailable no good apparent reason. There are too many apps that are very similar that have very few mishaps efficient with a huge even more of a selection than the other mediocre apps

Used to be good, then they took away mint status which is a dumb move. We used the app and made tons of payments on time to have access to that feature and now one day it will work and the next it will just randomly charge thr full amount instead of splitting into. With no mint status there is 0 reason to use this instead of paypal pay in 4

Afterpay has been a total game changer for me when it comes to being able to get the things I want or need now, without having to worry about paying the full price upfront, and with interest-free financing! They have so many different retailers you can shop at including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Sam's Club, Best Buy, and even gift cards for virtually everything, even hotel and airline tickets! I highly recommend Afterpay, you can't go wrong, your wallet and budget will thank you!

I have no late or missed payments but having issues now since they decided to "sunset" the afterpay plus card program which for me ends on the 11th of May. I'm trying to get assistance but no reply whatsoever. It's frustrating where there's no customer service phone number.
