Don't know what BCBS did in the latest update but I can't install the update. Can install other app updates just fine, just not this one. Uninstalled and now can't install at all. Way to go BCBS, you broke it! 7-2-2020 tried again to install, still says Can't install Blue Connect Mobile NC! So not fixed! Tried calling, after being in hold for 1 hour, I gave up! 7/5/2020 They finally fixed it, got the app reinstalled.

Well for starters i cant pay my bill with a credit card because of "technical issues" that have been going on since i downloaded this damn app so i have to use a bank draft. 2nd i cant even read my messages. It shows i have 2 messages and i cant even open them, just takes me to a blank screen.

I have had to download this app several times. I have the latest version installed. Everytime I try to log into the app I receive the following message "we are experiencing technical difficulties at this time, please try again later". Do not download the app, go online and log in.

HILARIOUSLY DYSFUNCTIONAL. For the billions of dollars the entire medical field makes, there's ZERO excuse for this. Automatic payment- does not work. Setting up billing notifications- does not work. Notifications within the app- does not work. It's been obvious for years that this country doesn't care about our health or well being, but the least they could do is make it less obvious than this.

Was informed of update by Google Playstore. Could not update the update, though I tried nearly every method listed to resolve the issue. Finally uninstalled the app, restarted phone, then tried to reinstall the app. Was not successful. Tried to reinstall later. Was unsuccessful again. Wasn't a useful update for me.
