The convenience fee is astronomical! A $13.00 convenience for 4 people is absoluty ridiculous. The charge you that much just tomuse the app to make a reservation. I'd rather take my chances by showing up as a walk in. The "convenience" is not very convenient or worthe the price to make a reservation. I'm a young man I'm 3 times as fast as any I Of these old guys and twice as better!

Maybe ok if you're retired/have an wide open schedule? For me (likely many) the restrictions on how and when you can use rewards are ridiculous, making it pretty useless. I've been unable to use so many rewards that expired. It destroys the idea it pays for itself. Often the courses gives better rates anyways. This is something to check even if you have a wide open schedule. Added fees + expired rewards = wasted $. 2 star because the functioning of the app is ok. And maybe its useful for some?

Great app, but shady. I almost always book my rounds on GolfNow, but I just noticed on my last reservation that there was a "charitable donation" added onto my booking. This should be an option that is defaulted to "no", not "yes". It's shady and just plain wrong to default this option to yes. When I book golf, I want it to be quick and simple, I don't want to have to read every detail to make sure they aren't sneaking in fees and charges.
