The last few weeks I'm not getting all emails that are sent to me and I've emailed customer service but no one gets back to me, same with me emailing them and their not getting my emails yet I'm charged for them. These are basic emails with nothing thats not allowed in them either but also any that are longer than four lines no chance of getting or receiving.

They did an upgrade this past weekend. I pay for the premium service. Yet, it makes no sense since the upgrade that I have to login each use and go thru Captcha authentication. Not user freindly since the upgrade!!! It is making life hell!

After my year expired, I renewed my subscription. Now I can't even log in. Nor do I have access to updating my password. So it continues to say error. I have re downloaded the app and now I can't get access to log in. I hope in due time I will be granted access again. Especially since I renewed my subscription. Smh.

Won't sync,so lately any messages I get are several hours or even the next day. This is getting really irritating. If this issue is fixed,then heck yeah I will give a 5star review because before this issue I had no problems and loved this app!

I want to give a huge shout out to corrlinks way to go. To often these days communications companies are either completely False and or behind in technology. As far as their customer service well everyone knows the rest. However when it comes to corrlinks you've truly made it possible for families to communicate with the people we love so much and have no other way of reaching out to. You truly deliver on all of your promises in the app. You're truly amazing setting the standard.

They have $18.90 of my money thur a credit card sent over 3 weeks ago and they say I don't have any money on my account and won't even send a 25 cent message . This has been going on since June 2, 2022. There is a phone list but it's Mass Mutual Ins. There email say it's not a valid email so won't send. No one at the prison can help , I don't know how to contact any about this !!!! This is so upsetting

I've been using the app for a while and it just recently started to act crazy! Unable to sync, I've Uninstall then reinstall but that doesn't help! Please fix this issue asap! I paid the extra fee and for the app not to work is awful..support hasn't responded yet

App just stop working out of nowhere, once I sign in an error message automatically pops up "error unable to sync" I've allsovtried restarting my device and also Uninstall and reinstall still receiving message, contacted support team and still no response, app been working just fine up until now.
