I can never get my online orders to go through. It's always lagging. It lets me add everything, and then once I go to the cart, I can do nothing. This has happened on the website and app. I'm so fed up. It's every time I try to online shop b&bw. Some people don't have the convenience to in-store shop.

Was never informed about my 3, free $16.96 coupons, that expired in 3 months or 90 days (which I was informed just today), and they took them from me. I have spent thousands of dollars, and I feel that this is a bunch of miss jargon because there was never an expiration date like there is when they have a special. They will say, ( today only or expires on a certain date), they will post it! I am very disappointed

The app is super slow. When you go to your cart to check out it takes approximately 10 minutes or more for the cart to load. B&BW phone conversation said it was because I had a lot of items in my cart, unTrue...it does it with one item in my cart as well. Please, fix this this issue.

B&BW absolute fav in quality products well worth the purchase. As a savvy shopper/best deals /bang for my buck always a done deal when B&BW sales reps are eager to help w/best seller items ,combo deals & remind us to use the app for any rewards/offers to take advantage of on top of sale items. Of course, w/some exclusions. Thank you Lake Jackson, Tx for a gr8 shopping experience. Product availability as in Houston locations would be a gr8 advantage. Kudos to Mrs. Mary putting customers 1st.

I love Bath and Body Works, but the app definitely needs some improvement. my biggest complaint is every time I try to set my store location for In-Store Pick Up, it doesn't load my location and it sets my store in a different state. Once this is fixed, it'll definitely be deserving of 5 stars.

The 'shop' button doesn't work sometimes. It's annoying to have to exit the app and sign in via the website because your shopping cart doesn't show up. Also, every time I add favorites, only one item saves.

It's about one of the worst designed apps ever. Half the time doesn't work, and you constantly have to exit the app and restart it for it to work slightly correctly. Complete and utter trash. Update. Still trash. Is it really that hard to design a decent working app?

Cannot shop with the app. It's a loop after signing up for rewards and says it is not available in my area...... update... this app is awesome after it became available in my area! I have been successfully using it for about 2 years now! The coupons are great! This app is dangerous to me now because I can't stay off of it!

Ace “Fairy Dogmother”

App restarts, empties my cart, freezes...lots of problems. Also, had a gift card saved to my account but when I'm ready to use it, there's no way to just add the gc balance to my total...I had to go back and forth from my wallet to my cart to type in the number and PIN. What was the point of adding the gift card to my wallet when I still have to manually punch in all the numbers?? I couldn't even copy and paste the gc number; I had to manually put them in.
