I used to use this with all my phones and had premium version purchased and recommend it to everyone. Now, however, it refuses to acknowledge that purchase and keeps trying to shove me onto a $50 a year subscription while inundating me with ads. Uninstalling. No longer recommend.

While this app in its previous free versions was good already, the currently imposed forty dollars (per only one year), for me, seems excessive, not to mention that it used to be free as adware, and there do exist alternatives. Also moving files around between folders is cumbersome. I wish I could revert now.

Keeps opening in free edition on my premium account, in spite of showing under my subscription that I have an active premium licence. I always liked FC, but getting fed up of not getting the service I've paid for. Updated: got in touch. Received no reply. Still repeatedly opening in free edition, and, no, signing out and back in doesn't fix it! 2nd update 28/12/22: currently back on premium. Long may it continue!

Terrible app, constantly bombarded with ads which are fine normally, however this app has them so intrusive and always gets in the way of managing your files. They will pop up in between minor file adjustments in ways to force you to touch them. Have had this app for years and I've finally had enough. Would recommend switching to any other provider or similar service, even Google's one is far, far better than this.

Have used this for years, and had paid for the premium version. But this morning when I tried to use the share functionality to add a file to Dropbox it tried to force me to log in to their account. Why? It's a file explorer for goodness sake. From reviews I see others have had the same reaction. Uninstalled. I will not be using this again.

***BEWARE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE*** I have tried to contact customer service MANY times and NOT ONCE has anyway taken the time to reply. This only highlights that any person purchasing this product would find themselves getting no where if needing to speak with customer support. I cannot even locate a simple 'remove ads' function in this app without having to spend $40 to get the premium subscription. I recommend you consider other file managing apps unless you are happy with the ads-experience

I am increasingly annoyed by invitations to buy the Premium version when I already have purchased it. Unwelcome advertising appears that I have paid to remove. Still sending me advertising that I have paid to remove. Stop it
