The last three orders haven't reached me in time due to Royal Mail. I don't know why moonpig carries on using them when they're so reliable Update: I got a refund in the most recent order but not the previous two, because I didn't complain about them arriving late at the time. Won't be using moonpig any more

made a mistake with card, tried to fix but wasn't able to as card was already getting printed. Customer service cancelled the card and credited the amount back to my basket to start again!! great customer service! well done Moonpig!! 10/10
