I have used it for the first time. My experience has been pretty good. It can be improved with :- 1. Various measures of a particular vegetable should be at one place. 2. When I clicked on "Categories", it did not open. 3. For "payment on delivery" option only credit / debit cards are given as option. Wallets also should be included in it.

Good app. 1.Would be better if refund for part deliveries are not put into wallet. 2.The delivery time slots are never adhered to. Instead of giving a timeslot, it would be better if only the date is mentioned. 3.I have placed orders on nine different dates. Four times the entire orders have been cancelled. The reason given is the same. Due to unforseen circumstances. When I check if the product is available, invariably it is there. A good app going to waste. Record undelivered items .

Paying 117 delivery charges for grocery shopping is insane and not acceptable. I dont care about their offers and all so stopped buying using this app. Dmart online and Jio provide the best alternate.

Offer comparatively Good, but no customer service contact number. Cannot talk to resolve any queries on call on orders. Don't have free delivery like other competitors like JioMart is providing. Customer interface is very poor. Being from TATAs, need to improve the TATA credibility.

Horrible app and pathetic service. App don't know which store it should select. I have nearest at 3km but app selects store which is 6km away. And for that store stock is never available. After placing order and paying also there is no guarantee that you'll get what you ordered. Worst part is the refund. There is no refund to your original payment method. Refund is credited in app wallet. There is scam, I've been trying to utilise that credit by ordering but always end up with partial, delivery.

Please be aware that StarQuik shows you higher cash back while ordering, but then doesn't credit you the amount, saying the higher cashback shown while ordering is an app technical issue. Its unbelievable that a shopping app does calculation mistakes. Also, even if it is completely their issue, they are not ready to refund the amount as well, how much ever small it is. And to add, they have a very pathetic customer service as well. On resolving the an issue raised by you, they not send any mail/sms/chat with the details. If you are ever ordering from this app, please make sure you tally the amount, since apparently they penalise the customer for app issues.

My address selected is Andheri east but the detect location shows Andheri West. I cannot even delete the saved addresses nor can your team at their end. As a result my order got canceled twice without intimation. And I am stuck without resolve.

After adding product in cart showing more total amount than actual total. Product total amount showing wrong and we need to pay wrong amount if we process the order.

App is found good. Only problem is there are too many options for the same product with various quantities, costs and discounts. These can be shown at one place instead of same product being shown at various menus which is very confusing and misleading. Will appreciate if one product one display of descriptions at one menu point. I can give more reviews after regular use, as this is my first experience. Thanks.
