Edit: I had to come back and change my rating. I hate getting email spam and no matter how I changed my notification settings I still kept getting emailed. Ultimately it made me decide to keep looking. There is also no way to change any of your settings from the emails you'd keep receiving... original review follows: After trying multiple apps, this one was the best for what I wanted. simple check list of tasks I can write, no extra bells and whistles, and can share a synced list with the wife!

App is very useful but needs some work. It is very feature rich and I love that it usually syncs perfectly with the desktop app. A few annoying bugs have occurred. I added a folder on my phone and it took several hour of troubleshooting to get it to appear on PC (I eventually created links to the projects and sent them to myself. The projects disappeared again the next day). The keyboard often disappears, and sometimes the text cursor refuses to appear. The AI is pretty cool.

Very beautiful experience. Really easy to use. 5-stars because of the love and dedication. Some feedback to improve: Please fix the mind map view. Everytime you add something, it adds 3 more slots inside. It is really annoying to keep deleting them. Make it only be one or none. That is how we Veteran MindMap users work. Also, would love to see the mind map view on my Android too. Loved the integration and different views. Keep up the good work!

A bit buggy... I love the premise of the app, and I love that you can share task lists with others to work on together... but, the app has proven to be buggy when typing and moving between lines. More recently, I've been having the issue of task lists becoming non-responsive, so that no matter where I click the app doesn't respond. The only fix, to exit and restart the app - it happens so regularly though that this isn't a long term solution. I love the app, but hope you can rectify the bugs :/

I've been using Taskade for several months and I love it. The ability to create templates for recurring task lists (such as weekly chores) and the ability to sort lists into separate workspaces (Personal, work, household, etc) to control who it is shared with is amazing. I'm not a super organized person but this is exactly what I need to manage my personal chaos. Easy & effective.

two stars for a great concept. the app is horribly unintuitive and only contains instructions for desktop use. some of the features don't appear usable or at least easily usable on the app. the number one requested feature is tables and they stated that they weren't working on it because they're busy making "frequently requested" features. this is probably a decent app as long as you're using a computer.

THIS! is exactly what I needed. Very fast to learn as you go and the ability to share my lists, the flexibility to have other things that aren't checklists... Why is no one talking about this app? The compatibility!!!! Desktop + Android + IOs? Highly recommend. Am currently using it to plan my wedding, out-of-state move, and college requirement. It is perfect for big projects, brainstorming, note-taking, and organizing, and there are different ways to view your project to visualize it better. 5*

I think this is one of the best app ever . Firstly , it's all free and it offer more than the more known options like todoist . Secondly, I have been desperately searching for a app that let's you show your progression in a project in visual way . Simply put , I'm looking for a tracking bar . I found 2 types of apps either they have a bad design or it doesn't have the feature (my best option was notion but notion is way too complicated for me ) . Lastly , it has AI in it . What do you want more?
