    Do not ever go for Nestsway properties. They'll charge you multiple charges. Suppose the deposit is 13k. You will be end up paying around 30-35k(because of many charges). But when you move out from property they won't give you single rupee. They'll deduct everythin saying maintenance charges, cleaning charges etc. For 1 bhk painting they take 13-14k charges. That also they'll add. Later if you ask for they'll be telling like this the policy. Please save your hard earned money. Fraud company..

    1.Worst company to take rented house from. Looting their customers. 2.Asking money only on the name of policy with no clear evidence. 3.Creating lots of problems and charges extra money on moveout but no clear reason with evidence for the charges. 4. When you speak to customer care and ask for the reason of charges, they say its nestaway policy, you have to pay and closes ur ticket without solution DO NOT TRUST NESTAWAY TO TAKE RENTED HOUSE AS YOU WILL FEEL LOOTED WHEN YOU VACCANT THE HOME.

    Very bad experience. Wish there was an option to give negative ratings here. It's been more than 2 months that I've moved out of a Nestaway property and I haven't received my refund yet. Would recommend to rent out a property directly from owners, you might have to pay more deposit amount initially, but it will save you the hassle of struggling to get back your refund once you move out.

    Pathetic app.if i wanted to raise request it always shows error. I found different rent amount for for tenants who living in same room. I have been charged for 7300 per month rent but other roommates paying 6300 per month I mean how? Even higher authorities also don't bother to reply your mail. What details you want.

    It has been more than 30 days since I opted for move out and 20 days since the move out date. No intimation/update on the security refund. All service requests options are removed from the app. Property Manager never picks up the call. Absolute waste of the premium money charged - ZERO support during moving in/stay and worse during move out. Forget recommending, will ensure none of my acquaintances choose Nestaway, When you were so prompt in collecting monthly rent sending multiple reminders about late fee charges, try do the same when you return the money. For all further delay (after the 15 days period) mentioned in your agreement) ensure interest is paid or face legal challenge. Ticket No: CC_08436415 Badly need a ZERO STAR rating.

    Decent service for last minute housing woes, staff is polite and quite helpful but there's lots of systemic loopholes which don't correctly address all tenant issues, or provide clarity. don't expect to find great housemates, they'll mostly be a pain in the butt and there's no way to choose, which is the trade-off with not having to bother finding housemates. ultimately nestaway was able to find me housing in a short time, service can improve lots and I wouldn't recommend to friends unless option
