Problems with finalizing payments with a card from a specific bank. Half of the times it doesn't work (no push notification sent to authorize payment). As this is the only app where I encounter the problem, I can conclude it is an issue with the app, not the bank.

Bad Call Center attitude. After 2 weeks the Seller canceled the order, instead of delivering it. Than, eMag was surprised to see see that it bothered me and it seemed normal for them... eMag clients are the sellers, actually, not the people that buy from the platform... They protect the sellers even when they don't deliver the products... Oh, the best one, they don't allow publishing bad reviews for them ... P.S. Ya, right, very helpful.. Not.

Their latest support chat is terrible, it keeps on disconnecting, it's slow, doesn't show all the previous messages, doesn't automatically identify me as a customer and it loops back to the same robotic options. Already spent an hour on it today and still haven't solved the issue...

The app works as intended most of the time and the push notifications are really helpful (although sometimes too much - I can't seem to find the settings tab, to disable them). I gave it 4 stars because sometimes the app crashes or gets stuck.

Easy to navigate, to choose the product and purchase it. Worst is that when searching something and you want to add or edit the word, you need to start again from the beginning. After you will implement this feature I will return to 5 star rating.

Very good app, fairly easy to use. The company behind it can at times have less than ideal practices such as agressive online tracking and advertising, but people who are a little privacy focused can easily adjust that, so I use it with pleasure.

app is very good, however when searching for products I prefer using a browser, because from the app I cannot see alternate offers from other sellers, plus I cannot browse a product list and open more items in sepparate tabs, to analyze later. other than this, the app is fine.

The application is great, but still has some issues: - address for delivery has no validation with more than 5 characters as the website has - the address of delivery is not easy to distinguish from the address of the invoice so I made mistakes while buying - you cannot easily setup the same address for all items (what most users want for the whole cart), and edit address for each item afterwards if you want
