Why don't you tell us the problem. Some computer employee has screwed up the update. Each day I call I get the same message.....try later. Customer service is regressing back to 10 years ago when nobody cared. I can gain access to the App however if you use fingerprint access the dashboard page is blank. You have to log back in using normal password

Did you aware that your apps is worst ever. This is a pay apps for top up. But look like you never care to make it easy for user to do payment and review the balance data or credit. Until lastly the user is out of credit and suffer to top up. Did you aware that your service data and credit is very expensive but the services is worst.

Can't download and install. The app keeps crashing. I don't understand how can an app of leading service provider keeps having such issue. I have been facing similar issues from very long time. Why there has been no resolution is strange.

Horrible app with a ton of errors and functions that don't work. Its like a 12 year old built the app and a 15 year old approved its use without doing a function test. The latest of at least a dozen issues is Ooredoo's default credit card payment method denies all American credit cards because it forces Mastercard SecureCode, but no American bank uses it, Secure Checkout payment method no longer work at all and just gives an "Oops" error, and "is your contact information up to date" is broken.

This is the worst app. Every time I log in, it asks me to update my details but my details are already updated. There is "No update" button but it does not work. I tried to continue with the same details but app doesn't allow. I am also unable to subscribe services which were given to me. App reinstalled but still facing the same issue.

I can't access or to log in to my account as am trying to access or to log in to the account for the past two days using the correct account details, and every time am receiving an error message, I contacted Ooredoo customer service agent and they said that to try to access later. All what I need is to access my account and the application to be more faster than it is now, due to several ads.

Automatically got subscribed to a Netflix subscription and now I'm expected to pay for it? I never subscribed or even used it, came to me as a surprise when I saw my bill was higher than usual. I call this daylight robbery at a commercial scale, and I'm not the only one many others on facebook faced the same issue.

Problems every time you update the app. Once again, the widget that shows me the passport balance stopped working and I get a message saying it can't access the information. I tried the app chat and after a long wait, the person only told me the balance and to restart the app... in other words... no help....
