USD14.99 for 4 wks compulsory charge to get 7 d free trial cancel anytime, your ads promising free app are misleading! I was attracted to somatic exercises which few apps got. Quite steep price when many other highly rated apps like "Lose weight in 30 days" are free and more effective. BetterMe drafted me a 6 months plan with dieting to achieve some weight loss while the one recommended had successfully achieved in 2 months without dieting.

I was unable to complete the challenge because I was sick for three week with covid -19. I subscribe to a 4 week challenge... I tried to cancel the subscription after being charge the $38.00.... I have sent an text stating I no longer want to continue and to cancel the subscription. I 've been given the run a run.....someone text me back to say I have to contact the original sight.... the problem is there isn't no real contact point to address concerns or prompt provided to cancel subscription

The videos are very poor at instructing you on what to do and don't actually describe the exercise until it's counting down to finish, one of them didn't finish explaining until there were only 3 seconds left. I feel it would of been better with reps as well instead of time as quite often when trying to do a new exercise by the time I had it that one was over and id nit done equal reps on both sides. Lots of things wrong for an extortionate price. Don't waste your money

I loved the app at 1st with all inclusive workouts, water and step tracker and coach. However, I've had technical issues nonstop with this app and it's incredibly frustrating! I started with an S9 it drained my battery, upgraded to S23FE still had that problem and now network issues also! I'm constantly uninstalling and reinstalling to fix it and technical support says it's just me? so far no improvement I'm very disappointed, I loved the app when it works correctly

I did not have much time to try out the apps so I can't comment much about the app. But just to highlight that is possible to cancel the subscription BUT,the steps are slightly confusing. I perform the cancellation thru the app and thought I would have done canceling it. Only to found out 3 months later that I'm still being charge everymonth. No invoice was sent to my email like other app does that trigger my attention untill I check on my card bills. So do check the details of the process.

I resigned up and still haven't received a plan although I have two subscriptions. When I initially sign up the second time there was a offer for $19.99/yr I purchased. I've tried to contact someone for a week now and keep getting the same auto reply message that directs you to the help center that is USELESS. When entering the app it showed a newbie yoga plan 9.99/yr plan so I purchased it and still no plan was created. I have deleted my info and tried again and nothing.. very frustrating!!

I have been using this app for about 4 years and I was really loving it. But all of a sudden some important features such as the workouts disappeared from the app. I can't use it anymore and it hasn't been fixed with a reinstall. The help centre is really bad. They gave me completely unrelated tips to fix the issue and are now refusing to reply to my messages. Update on this. They have reset the app and it is working fine again - hooray! Loving the recipes and workouts.

I had a given a 1 star rating because I was totally not happy with the UI and how I thought that was the reason I was charged twice. After a series of conversation with the customer support I will upgrade to 4 on 5 (more like 3.75). It's a good app, but the work out could be more dynamically allocated. It's customized once based on the input questionnaire but it would be better if it works on continuous feedback.

Great for starters or additional workouts. I found a few of the exercises that duplicated a couple of exercises in the routine (reason for 4 stars). Overall, I used the app for months straight and noticed a difference. I got into another workout program and continue to use this in addition. I did feel a difference from the daily use of this one that made me start to feel more strength, energy and toning. I have not tried any of the additional features but may do so in the future.
